1. Introduction
DREAMBIG AI INFOLABS PRIVATE LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Vita (the “Service”), a digital obesity-care platform designed to support weight-loss journeys that may include clinician-supervised GLP-1 and similar therapies, care-team messaging, treatment adherence workflows, and optional integration with device health data where you grant permission.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Information we collect

2.3 Health and wellness information
Where you connect Google Fit, Health Connect (Android), or similar integrations and grant permission, we may process health and wellness metrics you choose to sync (for example, activity, weight, sleep, or nutrition-related data supported by the integration) to support your obesity-care and treatment-tracking experience in Vita. You can revoke permissions in your device or account settings.
2.4 Sign-in with Google (OAuth)
If you choose to sign in with Google:
- We request only the basic identity scopes
openid,email, andprofile— Vita does not request access to your Google Calendar, Google Meet, Gmail, Drive, or any other sensitive Google data. - Google’s authentication service shares identifiers and profile information with us according to your Google account settings and the permissions you approve on Google’s consent screen.

We use this information to create and secure your account and to provide the Service. You can revoke Vita’s access at any time from your Google Account’s third-party permissions page.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Authenticate users and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Communicate with you about the Service (e.g., service messages, security notices).
- Coordinate obesity-care features you engage with (e.g., treatment plans, adherence workflows, and communication with authorized clinicians or care staff, where applicable).

We do not sell your personal information as “sale” is commonly defined in U.S. state privacy laws, except where we later notify you and offer appropriate choices if our practices change.

The Service is not directed to children under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
11. Third-party links and services
The Service may link to third-party sites or services. Their practices are governed by their own policies. Review Google’s policies for OAuth and account data.
